Returns

– You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your outboard engine to request a return.
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or slightly used, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
– A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
*Non-returnable Items:*
– Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds

– Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
– If approved, your refund will be processed, within 10 days.
Exchanges
